I've never ever asked anyone what their religion or non-religion was before inviting them into my home.

Yes, many times. I invite people to my house to eat food and play poker and yes, we talk religion. It's great and enlightening for everyone there. I once invited the Mormon missionaries that came to my door to come back for dinner and to hang out, but they didn't show up. What's up with that?
And, by the way, my husband and I are youth pastors.

Of course. I'm an unbeliever, and I have some Catholic friends, who don't even need my invitation to come to my house. My house is open for them 24/7.

Of Course! Religion isn't even an issue when I meet someone. It is more important to find out about a friend, without judgements.
