I've been told it's cheating. Got told I was cheating by doing it, and I turned around and found him doing it too, and got PISSED! May be I was pissed, cause I was TOLD I was cheating and he didn't think he was when he got caught.

It depends on what one consider or accept as cheating. If you look to someone atractive is it cheat? If have fantasies is cheating everybody are cheaters. Fantasies are powerfull psychological tools and must be nursed. For me cheat is always do anything without aprove or notice of the partner. If both know and agree about some practice or behavior is not cheating.

If you think that erotic email is cheating then your way to possesive and untrusting. And yes I am sure there are plenty of women who would like to share even if they wont admit it here. But then if that is the type of relationship that you are in then you shouldn't do it.

If there is an emotional connection going on, then I would say yes.
Or you could always think of it this way. If your spouse was exchaning erotic emails with another person on a dialy basis or more often than that, how would you feel? ;)

Yes it's cheating to me. ANY intimate relations with anybody other than him/her is cheating. Read an erotic novel or something instead.

well, if you feel to do that, then maybe whoever you are with is not the one for you. usually when people find what they are looking for, they stop searching. the wrong thing that you are doing is not sending erotic emails to other people, it is sticking with a partner that you don't truly love. you should break it off asap. & good luck finding that one special person!

Absolutely cheating. Cheating begins as a thought. If you're married or have a gf, exchange e-mails with her.

Girls can be tricky... I would rather my husband run off and have a sweaty one night stand with some stranger... than exchange his thoughts and fantasies with the same girl on-line every night. Sex is just physical... exchanging fantasies is more intimate

Would you let your g/f see them?
Cheating starts in the heart. The brain 'justifies' them, and you act upon them.
If you're unhappy enough to cheat, get out of your relationship and move on, but don't cheat. It's rotten man.
