My BF of 5 months left me to see if he could rekindle the love of his ex gf. I told him I would wait for him, to see if that was what he wanted. They broke up many times during their 11/2 year relationship. How long will it take this time? And what can I do other than wait? He knows how I feel.

My guess would be that if they broke up 5 times during a 1 1/2 year relationship then they should break up in about 3.6 months. You will waste at least that much time, then if they break up and comes back to you then you may have to wait again when he goes back to her. Why would you want to be with someone that doesnt want to be with you. Move on

im sorry you feel this way. but you are not a doormat that he can step on whenever he feels like it. dont just wait around for him all day. go out, have friends, meet and talk to other people. trust me it will make you feel better and maybe even you will find someone better that you wont have to worry about them leaving you for their ex again.

if you want u can wait for him, if you really love him. but you also need to be happy so maybe you should think about what you really want. it seems to me that he really doesnt care about you much if he broke up with you to try to ger his ex back. so just follow your heart, but dont wait so long to the point you are breaking your own heart.

i dont think u should be waiting around for him to decide who he wants. i think u need to find someone that u want to be happy with. its not a good thing to go in competition with someone else. it wont work out.
