With all the hype about the size "0" in the papers - what do blokes think of slim/skinny woman and what do they prefer?

Once and for all, very few men like super skinny girls, ie US size 0-2/UK Size 4-6. Some men will like slim girls (UK size 8-10), some will prefer more curvy (UK size 12-14) and some cuddly (UK Size 16+). It is personaly preference and there will never just be one answer to this question. HTH : )

That's like asking if all men like apples better then oranges or if they like pineapples they must not care for bananas. If all men liked a particular look then nature would have weeded out all the others. Its just a matter of preference. I do not like blonds (in males or females), but that doesn't mean everyone thinks like me. A "skinny" girl is no healthier then a "fat" girl. Skinny does not mean healthy. Healthy weight is neither over nor under weight.

My boyfriend says he likes me because I am skinny but I have curves. The size 0 obsession started with a fashion model named Twiggy and fashion magazines have run with the idea ever since her appearance in the 60's. Keep in mind however size 0 doesn't mean healthy Paris Hilton has cellulite.

It's all on personal preference but more than half of men I would say would find really skinny girls a turn-off. I know I would.
I prefer a curve or two, not a big fat knacker like, but curves and actually having a pair of boobs does help.

I think men probably prefer girls that have enough self respect to take care of themselves. I dont know any guys that like a size 0 though. But hey, that's coming from a woman.

men are the some as a women - some of us do like skinny girls and some like the cuddly kind one - me personally - I do look for, what kind of the character have particular girl than if she is skinny or a bit bigger. As long as she have good and friendly personality - that is matter.

Not all of them do, but it's just a trend right now.
Like, in the medieval period, men liked for women to have REALLY small waists, so they wore corsets.

In China, in the 1000's, they wanted them to have small feet, so the women had to bind them to be found attractive.

It's just a preference.

They say "thin is in" on magazines and "How Oprah Lost Her Gut" and all of that stuff... it makes people feel insecure and fat.

Don't listen. Be yourself, or you will suffer. Seriously, I have problems now just because of "preference."

And I will never be the same because of the choices I have made.

It depends on what body type they have, if they gain weight in their butt and chest, then men want healthy weight women. But if they gain weight around the middle, then they better be stick thin or they're not attractive. We aren't supposed to have an ounce of fat on us, except for huge boobs (do guys not realize that boobs are fat, and if you lose weight, the boobs go too?) Not all women are lucky enough to have an hourglass shape. Basically men want a toothpick with fake boobs.

this is no longer hat they are skinny It relies upon on the guy, i'm skinny and underweight (ninety lbs) and that i do not get the interest from the adult males, It in basic terms relies upon on the adult males no longer each and every guy is gonna like a similar variety of woman each and every time, it relies upon on what the adult males seem for in a woman it is all, its a similar element once you want a guy you want a variety of guy that you want no longer each and every woman is gonna like a similar woman as you.
