U.S. APOLOGIZES to Drug smuggler by Sentencing border Patrol Agents to 12 and 11 years in prison.
Well……….If you think your Government will not fight to keep the borders OPEN for Terrorists, Drug smugglers, illegal aliens……think again.

These Agents didn’t do everything by the book…..and shot a drug smuggler in the butt as he ran back across the border………

They fired their weapon and didn’t file a report……so fire ‘em…and move on.

BUT NO…..
Somebody in Washington

who is worried we might actually start making trouble for the thousands of drug smugglers and illegal aliens pouring into our country, decided to make an example of them.

The Drug smuggler who was granted full immunity from prosecution Aldrete-Divila has already violated specific provisions of his immunity deal with the feds (suckers) by refusing to name all of the individuals who helped him with his smuggling escapades across the border.

Oh yeah……during the trial he was arrested again for drug smuggling but the Judge ruled the Jury could not be told…..

The Judge said she wouldn’t put them in jail until January 17th….so they could spend the Holidays with their families…….

WESTERN JUSTICE…give ‘em a fair trial….spend Christmas with the wife and kids….THEN hang ‘em…….

I find it insane. To me it's like granting amnesty to a murderer if he'd just tell them the make and model of the car that was parked illegally across the street. If I'm not mistaken, they shot first before the officer did. He wasn't even sure he got him because he went back to check on his partner. OK....nail them for not filing papers but prison for that? They didn't kill him or mame him or disable him and let's not forget they were smuggling drugs. Not a tiny amount, not the first time or even the last time.......a habitual criminal. And these guys are just doing their job. This government is making a mockery of everything from our laws to our citizenship. It's disgusting.

I think the main point was that they covered up, or tried to anyways, the fact they shot the guy in the rear!. If it is okay to shoot someone and cover it up then where does the line get drawn next? I don't think they should be in jail since they do a lot to try and keep our borders safe. They were made an example of and it is crazy that the drug dealer/smuggler was let go.

This is one story that Americans should be outraged about, but apparently they aren't. It's totally unfair to the Agents and sends a strong message to the smugglers. They can do whatever they want.

I think the whole incident is proof that the pro-Mexico lobby in the US has longer legs than we give it credit for, on first blush...the case is one more brick in the wall as far as I'm concerned..make that one more section in the border fence...we just don't need any more of it. Mexico apparently doesn't control its' northern states anymore...sad days for America, but the best answer will be getting the fence built, most likely.

It took them 45 years to apologize to Black American citizens for using them as human Guinea pigs in 1939 to research venereal disease.

The government has Never apologized to the Native Americans for Sterilizing females new borns at birth in the Northwest. They practiced this right up until 1964.

Not so long ago they apologized to the American-Japanese citizens for putting them concentration camps in WWII for no reason.

Why did it take so long?

Why would our government cut a plea deal with the drug smuggler and take his word over our Boarder Patrol.

LEGAL OR LEAVE!

you already comprehend, do no longer you, that the community American tribes that exist at present weren't the first inhabitants of the North American continent? Many community individuals will freely admit that their tribes said data of prehistoric previous inhabitants once they first arrived on the land. a lot of that data nevertheless exists at present, in the variety of ruins of homes that existed. They call those tribes the Anasazi, the Mogollon and Hohokam (seem them up). They declare those prehistoric tribes in basic terms vanished, very likely because of migration searching for nutrition elements for the period of an prolonged drought period. notwithstanding....Do you particularly believe the modern tribes took the land peacefully in all situations????

I just read this in the paper. This is absurd! The liberals and the ACLU are making it so we (the Americans) have no rights in our own country. This case needs to be overturned.
