Son has a fish allergy, and I am trying to find a Kosher marshmallow made with either Kosher beef gelatin, seaweed gelatin or someother alternative. Perferably all natural, no artifical stuff

Maybe try to find Vegan marshmallows with no gelatin at all. That way tou don`t need to worry about gelatin at all. Also look at other products like yogurt and some candies (skittles, starbursts etc.) they all can have gelatin.
I know this because I`m a vegetarian and avoid galatin as much as possible.

this company claims to make the only kosher marshmallow. Maybe you can contact them and find out the source of their gelatin.

Try agar agar a gelatin substitute derived from seaweed.
It can be found at a local asian market or on this site.
