Any dentists in here that would be willing to help me out? I have horrible teeth and it's starting to get very painful to eat...but I don't have a lot of money to spend on getting them fixed. Tried going to local dentistry schools, but nothing could be done. I am willing to drive or fly any where in the U.S. to get work done. Please send me an email if you think you can help!! nks9886@yahoo.com

Local dental schools usually have a waiting list of people who need their teeth fixed for a lesser cost. That is not the way to go.

I am sure it would be alot cheaper for you to stay in your own area to have the work done and I am hoping I have your solution.

Most people don't know about this wonderful company that is called Care Credit. Most people qualify even if your credit is less than perfect. The beauty is that the dentist pays any interest that is accumulated and you are making monthly payments. The reason why dentist use this service is because they want to help people, but also have to make a living. This company pays the dentist upfront and you make monthly payments to the company. This way the Dr. doesn't have to worry about not getting payed!

Visit www.carecredit.com and see if you can find a dentist in your area who offers this service. I am not positive if they list dentists on their site, but it is a start!

If it is painful for you to chew... you may consider starting this process right away! There may be some problems that need immediate attention. I am a dental assistant. I have seen the complications that occur when dental treatment is delayed.

Dental work is SO expensive and the insurance everyone has for it well,in the best of terms, sucks. But, maybe spend the money you are willing to use for a ticket to fly anywhere on the dental work? Just a thought. GL though, toothaches are a pain. =)

Here are some options that may help you:

Also, the money you would spend driving or flying could be used towards your dental care.

I hope this helps.
