I use to do it by walking on the beach for 4 miles as fast as I could, with the earphones blaring. I can't tell you how many tears I walked off...but it did me good mentally and physically. Godloveya.

I go to craigslist and post a rant in the 'Rants and Raves' section (but then, I love to write.). If that doesn't work, I just scream really loud into a pillow... Occassionally, I might kick something. If it's the 'frustrating' kind of anger (the kind caused by situations completely beyond my control), whilst screaming into the pillow, I may cry as well. If all else fails, run, walk, or do something physical. Whatever you do though, try not to take it out on someone else.

Sometimes I feel like hitting my Co- worker or boss. I usually take a really long walk and take a deep breath. It seems that lately I have alot of anger because I am doing 5 jobs and only getting paid for 1 at my full time job. They take advantage of me.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes for 8 seconds, then quietly brethe out and think about your problem in your head. Then you tell whoever or whatever is bothering you your problem, and if you are still mad, take out your anger in a good hobby. Try boxing, wrestling, karate, etc. (I reccomend boxing) If you are mad then, which I doubt you will be, reapeat taking a deep breath. That should work.

Well first of all I just walk away from saying things or doing something that I know I will regret later. Then I take time to cool down and get things into perspective. Depending on what I'm angry about or whom I'm angry at I try to work things out. Leaving things to lie just creates more problems. Basically I just spend a lot of time by myself and my thoughts.

Peace inside the soul. It comes from a personal relationship with Christ. Anger is a self induced cancer of the soul, that if untreated will be fatal. I choose to live healthy in my soul and strive for internal & eternal peace. Love ya Sister.
