No since it has 0 nutritional value. If it is sugar free, there are vurtually no calories (which is where you get energy) If it is the regular type, all of the simple sugars will make you hungrier because of insulin release and blood sugar response
Why not try an apple - good fiber (which will fill you up) lots of nutrients (which will keep you healthy) and a cheese stick (calcium and protein for muscle tone and a bit of fat to make you feel full)

I'm a chronic dieter and I've found that eating jello keeps me full about the same amount of time as drinking a large glass of water, but if I'm having hunger pains, it helps a bit.

No, but it beats other fatty type desserts. Always remember that sugar is bad, but sugar and fat together is REALLY bad. Jello, even the sugared kind, is not a bad treat.

No, but it can make you feel like you are full. The sugar-free kind is basically just protein (but not much) so you can eat a lot of it, and not have a lot of calories, so you still have the sensation of eating.
