they seem to stay, or just spread when some heal or dry out, sometimes it looks like they are leaving scars, what can i do?

they're probably from perspiration. Try using a acne fighting body wash and switching underwear. My husband is quite the sweater & we've found Calvin Klein Pro-Mesh trunks keep him very dry.

he needs to use an acne fighting body wash, then just use an acne medication on them... tell him to shower often and wear loose, cotton underwear and shorts when he's hanging around the house ... they should clear up :)
