Firstly - drink plenty of water at all time - not just when it is hot.
Secondly - Exfoliate your skin with simple abrasive solutions.
Thirdly -.moisturise you face/body no later then 5 minutes after showering/bathing.
Water is a great healer inside and out.
If still unhappy with the reults then seek medical help!!!

To be quite honest with you and as much as I hate to admit this, I recently purchased some skin care from a Mary Kay lady and I love them. My skin responded fast to the products. As much as I resent the salespeople for MK, I think the Timewise collection for combination to oily skin is just incredible. I use the moisturizer and the night solution. In the mornings, my skin looks as if I had a firming plastic surgery. Also, their microderm is great for removing the scars and eliminating acne.

Hi! Sun damage is hard on the skin, but not irreversible. I would recommend that you begin using Mary Kay's Miracle Set along with the Microdermabrasion Set. You will notice some results right away and others in a couple of weeks and a couple months. I can send you some samples if you like and you can check out the products at www.marykay.com/vickileftwich.

The one thing that worked for me when all else failed was vitamin E oil. I would apply a light layer on my face just before going to bed. In the morning, I would wash it off. Sometimes, like during my period when hormones really really worked on making my face look bad, I would take vitamin E supplements. I learned the hard way not to take them on an empty stomach because it makes me nauseous.

Acnes are due to facial cleanliness, diet (too much deep fried food), dyhydration.
Drink plenty of water, fruits and vegetables, eat fish (omega fatty acid), Vit E, Primrose (synthetic form) will give you a clear and happy complexion.
I am an Asian and I stay out of the sun, they are bad for you. 15 min is all you need for one day exposure with good sun screen.
The only way to get rid of scarring is to go to a specialist for laser treatments.

Dear, glycerine mixed with rose water should be applied at night before going to bed and washed next morning before stepping out in the sun is the BEST REMEDY for healthy, glowing, wrinkle-free skin. No expensive cosmetics and creams needed if you stick to this routine life long.

Maybe you are not used to exposing yourself to the sun! You can still consider doing so to the evening sun as it provides Vitamin D!
If you chose to undergo PAT or use all sorts of products you have referred to, you may end up aggravating the problem!
Follow a well-balanced diet as 'internal make-up' is much better and more effective than 'external make-up to improve your skin!

The skin you have is probably he best you'll ever see, but you can take the best care of your skin by eating right, and getting enough sleep. I often marvel at a woman's skin, how smooth and delicate it is when young especially. Take pride in it, and be careful to take care of the nutritive value of the food you eat.
