My step sister who I live with on the wekends lives with my dad my stepmom and her and she is so rude!Her mother and my dad don't do anything and some how I get blamed.It's getting to the point where I become menally and physiclly sick.What do I do?

Honestly, if they let her get away with everything, then it's something going wrong with them. If they can't make her mind or control her unruly behavior, then I would avoid being around them. I would tell my mom how they react to her behavior and just tell her that I would rather not go to my dad's until the situation could be control, or that I just won't visit him period. I know it's just the weekend, but respect is respect. Believe me, if her mom had a problem with you, I can imagine how much your dad would step in then, so that he doesn't make his wife mad. That's favoritism and it's not cool. Also, you should talk to your dad to the side, without them and find out why he really doesn't do anything. If he automatically sides with them, your dad has got new on you and don't even deal with him if you don't have to. It's always better to talk to someone you can trust, so definitely talk to your mom to help ease the tension you are dealing with.

As more and more family are broken apart and they become step families this sort of thing will continue to hurt the innocent ones, such as yourself. I'm sorry for your situation, you didn't create this. Sit down with your dad and tell him how you feel. But know that he will be caught between you and his wife. The only other thing you can do is not go back for awhile. Your dad should take you seriously and truly do something about it. If he just thinks its nothing then I'd stay away for awhile and would tell him that is why you are staying away.

Make a silent statement. Stay away from there until they realize how things with your step-sister are affecting you.

you need evidence! take a small recorder with you and when she starts to argue with you or similar then press the record button! like that you have evidence and can play it to your dad!
