I do not eat breakfast because i dont have time and it makes me sick to my stomach if i do eat its low fat oatmeal (1 pack is 140 calories) just one package. then i drink green tea which has no callories and usually soup or salad, or chicken for lunch depending anyways i usually eat under 1000 callories a day...i want to know what i can healthly cut it down to too lose a steady 3-4 pounds a week. Im at 132 now and my goal is 110
PS i do work out every other day and i do drink tons of water every day and i dont drink soda or eat "fast food".

If you are exercising consistently then I recommend eating a bit more than 1000 calories a day. For example, add a protein shake after your work out. Also, while oatmeal is fine you should really be eating a more protein rich breakfast. Try eggbeaters, turkey bacon, or anything else high in protein and low in saturated fat as well as some carbs from fruit. Breakfast should really be your biggest meal. Experiment with different foods. I too have a hard time eating a lot in the morning, especially if its too early, but if you give yourself an hour or so, you might find you can eat more.
Also, make sure to keep track of your calorie intake. Many people are not aware of how many calories they actually ingest on a daily basis simply from misc. foods. Write it all down for a couple of days to make certain. If you already are, you should be seeing results of at least a couple of calories a week, which is healthiest.
Also, avoid denying yourself everything. As long as you're within your calories, it doesn't really matter what you eat. It's all a numbers game. Making room for the occasional indulgence will allow you to maintain healthy eating habits as a lifestyle, as appossed to a diet (which won't work in the long run).

Unless you are 5'2" or shorter, then 110lbs is probably too thin.
Otherwise, you should stick to a diet of about 1200-1500 calories per day. And always eat something for breakfast, but not oatmeal. Have an apple and a glass of juice..

cutting out/losing 3500 calories equals 1 pound lost. You should never go below 1400 cal a day or your metabolism drops and makes it even harder to lose weight.

You need to find out your BMI (body mass index) to adjust your caloric intake accordingly. You need to maintain a steady intake to remain healthy as well as to get to your desired weight.
Good luck to you...
