Whenever the wires are newly adjusted, you may have pain when biting or chewing, and you may be limited to soft food such as noodle soups. Chicharon, bread and gum may be ok, but lechon, katsudon and steak will surely be difficult to eat one or two days after wire adjustment.

I know the orthodontists tell you not to eat gum because it can stick to your braces, but the truth is, I got my braces off last year, but i ate gum everyday. The only time that it effected anything was when I had the herpst thingy, and it made one of the cap things pop off. It was easy gettinf it back on though. About steak, I wouldn't do that if I were you, it get caught in your braces and it's very hard to get it out. I'm pretty sure you can eat bread because it desolves into your mouth(you know hat I mean). SAorry about the other stuff because I'm not sure about that...Godd luck:)
