That's too much weight to be losing per week. Weight loss to quickly is gained back as quickly. Shoot for 1-2 lbs a week. Don't have the mind set of just losing for a big party. Don't you want to look good for all the other parties to come? Think long term. Until you get there, look in fashion mags for ways you can dress to make yourself look slimmer, that way you can feel better while you're dropping the pounds. People who rely on quick fix weight loss are frequently disappointed. Lifestyle changes will help you get the weight off and keep it off.

Well, a good way for sure is to replace all the liquids you drink with water. Also, try to eat balanced meals in small portions and eat more meals throughout the day. And don't focus on the meat! What I mean by that is... don't have this big giant steak and 1 carrot. The key is balancing your meals! That includes eating a limited number of carbs and fats/calories... not just one or the other. =) Don't skip breakfast. Do excersize for about 30min - 1hr. If you hate crunches like me then at least do some walking or running. Anywhere you can fit in excersize would be great... instead of sitting on the couch and watching TV maybe do some in place running, for example. Well, gl and have fun at your party!! =)

that's actual looking. i lost 6lbs a month for 5 months that's an wide-unfold of a million a million/4lbs each and every week yet some weeks i lost 0 and a few weeks i lost 2lbs even tho i became ingesting an identical volume and workout an identical. if i had it to do over i could do an adkins style foodstuff ordinary and do greater cardio and drop some pounds much less complicated and swifter. i think of 2lbs a week could have been actual looking. 6 months on a foodstuff ordinary is not any relaxing.

Theres nothing you can do that will be permanett but if your trying to lose 4lb in just one week for a party theres a drink called "hollywood juice" you can drop up to 10 pounds in 3 days but thats because you starve yourself in the process and then you gain it alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll back, its just a quik fix, and you dont wieght that much

If you lose more than 2 pounds per week, it will come back plus a whole lot more. You're not a fat girl and you want to lose weight, so I bet you won't want those extra pounds you'll gain if you lose it too fast.

go on the south beach diet, you will lose about 25 lbs in 1 moth, if you are oover weight, if you are not over weight, you wont loose 4lbs a week. but working out will help you firm up
go to google type in south beach diet forum you will find alot of info on how to do the diet, what to do what not to do.....
make sure you drinkk lots and lots and lots of water it will help you loose weight

Eat 100 calorie or less snacks during the day every few hours instead of meals. drink only water, and exersize. so try about 1,000 calories, you need to eat or your body will go into starvation mode and store everything you have.
