Absolutely, he was an excellent player and a big filip for the sport to have somebody who had charisma and a bit of glamour.
His loss is very sad and shocked me deeply, as I thought after his comeback last year that he was making good progress against the cancer.
It turns out it was a rare and stubborn type of cancer, where many small tumours grow on the stomach lining. It sounds horrible.
I have a snooker cue that's endorsed by Paul Hunter and I will always use it when I play. Not only is it a very good snooker cue, but I thought it might bring me luck and be my own personal tribute to him at the same time.

He was a very talented young player, and had this werched illness not taken him from us would have surely been World Champion before the age of 30.

Its tragic - I'm sure without doubt he will be missed not only as a talented player but also as a husband, a daddy and a son. It makes you wonder what life is all about when someone like him has his life taken away after just 27 years doesnt it ?????

Yes it is a tragedy that someone so young was taken so early, the tournaments will not be the same.
