A list of alternative considerations and treatments should include:
1. Improving digestive function;
Get a "full spectrum digestive plant enzyme" -take it with your foods for complete digestion.
Improving liver function;
Correcting abnormal liver function is of great benefit in the treatment of psoriasis. The connection between the liver and psoriasis relates to one of the liver's basic tasks (filtering and detoxifying the blood). Psoriasis has been linked to the presence of several microbial byproducts in the blood. If the liver is overwhelmed by excessive levels of these toxins in the bowel, or if there is a decrease in the liver's detoxification ability, the toxin level in the blood will increase and the psoriasis will get worse.
Try a liver cleanse, or any natural supplements for liver e.g. Milk thistle
Drink clean pure water every two hours of waking time to flush toxins out of your body.
Alcohol avoidance,
3. Improving bowel ecology;
Solution: try "probiotics " supplements- to replenish gut friendly bacteria and aids in digestion, as well.
4.Fish oil and omega 3 supplementation -
are anti-inflammatories that work by blocking arachidonic acid, a natural body chemical that causes inflammation. People with psoriasis often have low levels of omega-3 fatty acids in their system. Take fish oil three times a day or flaxseed oil in the morning.
5.sunshine exposure and vitamin D;
Between 15 and 30 minutes of sun on the skin each day may help heal psoriasis. Results begin to show after three to six weeks. Protect areas that don't have psoriasis against sunburn by using a strong sunscreen.
6.Follow a low fat, high fiber , moderate protein diet.
7.B complex supplemnts for stress reduction.
Physical exercise - like walking or yoga, which relax your body and mind.
8..Try to minimize your exposure to chemicals in the home, including pesticides, solvents, oil-based paints and cleaning solutions.
9.Use a moisturizer on lesions--and the rest of the body as well--to prevent dryness and itching. Aloe vera gel works well for many people.
10.Take a bath containing oatmeal, coal tar, or oils you find soothing. Keeping your skin well hydrated is a very important part of the treatment of psoriasis. A 15-minute soak in warm water is recommended.
11.Try an application of fumaric acid cream. It’s sold in health food stores, and it relieves pain and itching and reduces the size of psoriasis lesions. Apply three times daily during acute attacks.
12.In winter, turn on the humidifier. Moist air may prevent lesions.

I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. But these severe large, thick and scaly excoriated plaques on my neck, ears, trunk and limbs ruined the way I was leading my life. I would be with red, inflamed itchy skin for most part of the year and these silvery scales would seem to be erupting without any reason. To make matters worse, blisters would appear over already red and itching skin. It was living hell.
I was treated with various options but nothing seemed to be working. Some of the treatments that I underwent in this depressing period of 13 years included tar preparation, tropical steroids and anthralin. I was also given light therapy many times but everything I tried would give me temporary relief.
And soon, after a few days I would be plagued with the situation again. In one of those moments when I was completely lost I stumbled upon this website just by chance. I read it and felt that as if someone had put the story my life on this web page. I was thoroughly convinced that if ANYONE can cure me of condition, it would be you.
And was I right, or what. I started recovering within 3 days of starting this treatment. Something that had become a painful part of me for 13 years was actually getting healed! My ears are healed and my neck is smooth again!. I am a month into the treatment and I have never felt better in my life!

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. But recently after someone shared this video https://tr.im/psoriasisCure2015OjuW everything has changed. My psoriasis completely cleared by putting these changes in place. I only wish I'd taken photos of before and after because it truly has been miraculous. I am getting married in Oct, 2015 and I am wearing a strapless gown that also shows my back and I am confident (not like before) that my skin will be soft and pretty vs red and flakey.

Cure psoriasis starting today - even if your doctor or dermatologist says "it's impossible!"
I've just followed a guide called psoriasis free for life that completely cured me of this debilitating and embarrassing disease in less than a month!
Remember, this will not only treat the symptoms that you do see:
the red, inflamed itchy skin.
The silvery scales that seem to erupt for no reason.
The burning or bleeding that occurs around your joints.
The cracking, oozing and painful patches on your skin.
But it also treats the underlying cause of psoriasis - the part you don't see - the actual immune system deficiency that causes these itchy patches to appear and scale over.
For more information, check here : http://Psoriasis.naturallysaver.com .
You can definitely get back your life, your confidence and your self esteem!

I Know lots of people that have had eczema really bad,and have tried EVERYTHING, only to have nothing really work.
Anyone from 3 years old to 80 years old.
Really sad.
Until they tried a lotion that I know of that has T-36 C3 melaleuca oil in it.( T-36 C3 is the highest grade of tea tree oil )
I personally do not have eczema or psoriasis,but this has really helped alot of people.And yes,it is natural.
I don't sell it or anything but if you want more info you can email me at enhancinglivesdaily@yahoo.com

Sorry, I tried things that others said worked, but nothing did for me. UVB light treatments in the dermatologist's office worked but then I reached a limit of exposure, right about the same time that the new biologics came out. So, I am injecting Enbrel and am 90% clear. I used to be 85% covered.

Add 2 teaspoons of ginger to bath water.
To reduce redness and swelling, lightly brush off scales with a loofah and apply alcohol-free goldenseal extract.
Lavender is good to use in a sauna or steam bath. It fights inflammation and soothes and heals irritated skin.
Use fish oil, flaxseed oil or primrose oil supplements. They contain ingredients that interfere with the production and storage of the arachidonic acid (AA), a natural substance that promotes the inflammatory response and makes the lesions of psoriasis red and swell. Red meat and dairy products contain AA. Avoid these foods.
Good luck!
