My b/f told his friend the night we met that "I was the one for him and I was going to be his wife".
If things continue as they are, he will be right. He is the love of my life too, I didn't see that the first time I met him but "he is the one" for me :)

Of course it is possible...just because your in your 40's doesn't mean you can't fall in love and find even possibly the best love of your life.

It's possible, BUT he may also just be either desperate or lonely and tried of looking!
YOU should beable to tell by the way he treats you if you think it's possible.
Sure it can be, but no reason to rush now if your already in your 40's.

awww :) I'm so happy for you two...
I think so! I knew my bf was the guy i was going to marry the first time i saw him. I swear! I kept telling my mom this for about 6 mths until my bf and I actually talked to each other and started dating...now we're bought a house together, two dogs and are living happily ever after.
sometimes, you just know!

Well congrats. You have been the person he has been waiting for to enter his life.
Do you ever put your hands out and just spin and spin? Well that's what love is like, everything inside your head is telling you to stop before you fall but for some reason you just keep going and going...

i know the feeling.... i've known my bf for a year and he told me that i am his mate and that i am the one for him. i feel the same way for him even though we are teenagers but we have a hunch on each other. so i suggest you to go with it and be happy and tell him you love him and enjoy every moment with him

Well hopefully since your both in your 40's that he is mature enough that he is telling the truth. I would believe him unless he has given you reason not to

Yes it is possible but it doesn't sound like you feel the same way towards him. Be honest and tell him how you really feel.
