You have a choice......You could keep quiet and just stick by her and try to give her advice that might or might not help. Or you can send the principal a secret note disclosing the information and end their relationship. The teacher is a pervert and he is raping your friend. She does not understand that because she is young and blinded by love but years from now she will be happy it's over.

1st of all there are secrets to be told and secrets to be kept. This is NOT one that should be kept. This is statutory rape. He IS already taking advantage of her and the longer you stay quiet the more he is going to hurt her.

Write a letter to the principal of the school (without signing your name of course) and write down exactly what you know. An investigation will be launched (quietly) and he will be eliminated. It is up to the teacher if the news gets out.

be there for her. she obviously trusts you; keep it that way. 18 is considered legal, but you also have to take into consideration her maturity level. trust your instincts. if anyone gets in trouble, it will be the teacher. if she is a minor, her rights are protected by the school and law.

Bad bad bad bad bad. Talk to your friend, make her see reason. You two are in high school? This is a predator situation. Go see someone yourself even if she won't go. You don't have to rat on her but talk to a school counselor or someone, now!

Is she in High School or college? If its High School, then the teacher needs to be reported immediately.

Don't worry, nothing will happen to her if he is reported.

Tell her parents if you care about her and her life. Doesn't matter if she gets into trouble, its for her own good.

Teachers who do that are pervert and he might ruin her life. What are you waiting for, tell her parents if you care about her.
