What's the order of initials on a monogrammed mug?

I want to get some personalized mugs. What's the order of initials (first name, last, middle)?

The last name initial is the largest in the middle and the first goes on the left of that and the middle on the right.

It depends. You can either do a first, middle and last initial in sequence or you can have the first and middle intials on either side of a larger sized last initial in the middle. For example. JGH or JHG, with the H here being somewhat larger in size than the other two initials. Both can look good. It's just a matter of taste.

in this case, you get to put in the letters you want, so make it what you want it to be.

typically (and traditionally), the first (given) initial would be on the left, followed by the last (family) initial, followed by the midle initial on the right hand side.

i don't see any reason why you couldn't do first, middle, last if that's what you like, though.

the only thing is that the middle letter will be slightly bigger, so if it were me, i would do first, last then middle.

Yeah, I see a lot of things monogrammed in this order: First, Last, Middle. I'm not exactly sure why.... I'm not too into it myself... just confuzes people.

I'm going to guess YOUR Wife's Maiden Name . . . The 2nd letter of your Middle name, unless it's a vowel. If not then the 3rd Letter, etc. No one would have all vowels as their middle name unless they were from Hawaii; and pronounced their name as Wawwawowowuwu. And then finally, your Blood Type.
