A negative calorie food is more like a food that attacks the fat cells, a fat burner. It breaks down the fat cells and then with the help of urination or sweating, it discards fat from the body. A simple example is pectin, found in apple skin. Apple Pectin is an energized enzyme that can ingest up to 900 times it's own weight in fat, dilutes fat cells and make their discard easy.
Here is what I found about other food sources, that contain substances and enzymes to make that process easy:
Vegetables:
asparagus
beets
broccoli
cabbage
carrots
cauliflower
celery
chicory
chili peppers
cucumbers
endive
garlic lettuce
onions
papayas
spinach
turnip
zucchini
Fruits :
apples
cranberries
grapefruit
lemons
mangos
oranges
pineapple
raspberries
strawberries
tangerines
My personal experience: If your stomach can handle it, drink a full glass of water in the morning with some grapefruit juice or some lemon juice. It works!

You can't have negative calories. You can have no calories, but not negative calories.
