THank you guys but I am native Hebrew speaker and I know what does it means in Hebrew but the thing is that a girl told me that was her name and she thinks it's in Hebrew but no one will call her child "lazy" or "the shadow" (ha tzel) si I thought maybe it's an Arabic...

The closest word I can think of is "Hatsa". In Arabic it means "accident".

Maybe there is a link there somewhere...? The child was conceived by accident...?

It's a strange word for Arabic . But it could be a word of an Arabic dialect .
Any way I'll try to give a hand : ha in the Hebrew language , at the begining of the word mostly is : THE .
Here an example the word EARTH in Hebrew is HA ARTZ .

I`m not a good Arabic speaker, and like the others, I don`t know what it`s mean. Maybe it`s a slang words

i don't think there is a word like this in arabice but in hebrew "hatzel" mean Lazy
