Decent amount of excerise and also good nutrition to allow your bodyt to handle the stress ?(in particular B vitamin complex which is used up excessively suring heavey periods of stress and cause baldness)

I don't ever have stress. I have a stressful job working with doctors, I have a a stressful relationship with an older woman and a younger woman and don't know what's going on with either of them and I don't have any stress. The key to it is to quit trying to please everyone and start pleasing yourself.

Exercise, go for a walk. Do something other than sit around and worry. Have sex that always works, unless that is the cause of your stress ;-)

dance in your room with loud music
take a looooooong bath or shower
exercise
rent a movie (good comedy or animated)
have sex!!!!
go out with a friend to somewhere you dont know...
scream in a room, pretending you are screaming to the most annoying person you can think of
peel peanut... or any other nut
create something... a painting, a sculpture, a drawing, a poem, quilting.. I dont know
