It is never about the girl and always about the guy. He may have health issues or it could be a mental thing where his mind is not focused on sex but on some thing else.

Wow, there could be so many reasons why. He may have a real physical problem, but I don't know anything about him so who knows.
He may not be attracted to the girl. But then again I don't know how old he is. If he is a teen then he'd probably be ready to go with any women who takes her clothes off. If he is in his twenties then maybe the women isn't all that hot looking.
If he's in his thirties then maybe he is tired an bored of the same stuff each time and needs something new and refreshing.
Or maybe he is gay?

It could be because he does not fancy the girl, but then he would not normally put himself in a position for her to find out.
Equally it could be nerves and fear of not being "man enough".
It could also be that he does indeed have a medical problem.
Either way, there are medications available and treatments which thankfully in almost all cases can eradicate this most "shameful" of men's complaints. Far more men than will ever admit it suffer from erectile dysfunction. The biggest step is going to the doctor and talking about it!

He might be insecure or emotional trauma. Too much nagging or complaining from the woman. Job loss, could be almost anything. A healthy straight man will not have any problems.
The way to check it is to tape a piece of tissue around the thing at before bedtime and see if the tissue is torn in the day. If so, it is a menal thing.

I'm look at your pic and I would say dudes got a problem if he can't get it up with you I'm sure this is exactly what you wanted to here and now you have yes your hot at least from what I can tell in a 3/4 inch picture

could be one or the other, but it could also maybe be guilt over riding his erection, if he's in the wrong place at the wrong time.
It's really not fair to men, because look at it this way............are all ladies ALWAYS in the mood? NO
If his problem continues, he may have a health problem, if it's not a health problem, it's you, your a turn off.

It could definitely be problems down there because I sometimes get them looking at women that are not even hot. I have a happy guy :))

It can be a number of different things. So times it means that maybe his mind is else where. or he is nervous. or if alcohol is involve usually that will cause some problem.. or yes it may mean that he has problems down there
