Please do not follow any religious leader. All religious leaders are human beings. Only Christ was GOD as man. Follow Christ. Since he is not a religious leader. HE is GOD.

Could you please restate your question? It doesn't make sense.
As a rule of thumb, you ought to follow God, not a man. God does appoint people to leadership positions. However if you are looking to a man instead of God for direction you will be disappointed. A daily dose of God's word and prayer each morning will give you great insight into what God wants from you for your life.
