in DJ circles it's called a '45 pin', since they are required for playing 7" records recorded and played back at 45rpm.

The single is a jukebox issue, you can get the inserts from specialist vinyl shops, don't know what they are called.

if you go to the dub vendor website and look under accessories you find them there called 45rpm adaptors, and you can get them in metal or plastic in assortment of colours, and you can buy on line, good luck.

Not sure what it is called but I believe Radio Shack might carry it. Have seen one of those for years.
