How much should I pay to get help and understanding to maximize my new website?

I just purchased a dot5 website for my church prison ministry. I need help to maximize participation. In other words, I just don't know enough of what I'm doing.

Get the teenagers of the local branch of your church to do a project for you in helping with this. They probably know all about this.▬

Pray a long and much as it takes to get your answer.

And you can probably go to a book store and get some books that will tell you what you need to know
