Unfortunately $10 today doesn't go very far, but how about putting together a picnic for just the two of you. It doesn't have to be really fancy, maybe a little fresh Shrimp, some sweet melon balls, and his favorite cookies. Put it all together in a nice basket, grab an old blanket and head out to the park or local lake, and enjoy spending the time, just the two of you. I promise it will be something he'll always remember.

Buy some cheap champagne
Buy some cute bras or panties and do a strip tease But I don't know how old u are
Card and baloons, a card with the 10 bucks.

why don't you make him something, like bake him cookies, or invite him over and cook him dinner. Or you can buy him something cheesy. Go to the dollar store or a prank store and get a whopee cushion. well i assume, your older at least over 13, i suggest this, write your own card, tell him how he makes u feel ! and how u wish to spend many more bdays with him, maybe include a small flower, chocalate kisses. if he smokes, a new lighter . it isnt what we SPEND AN ANOTHER THAT MAKES IT IMPORTANT, ITS HOW MUCH THOUGHT YOU WENT INTO GETTING IT!
