need to make my own beer here in the middle east

If you already have the non-alcoholic beer, then add a shot of vodka to it...adds the punch and doesn't affect the flavor.

You're out of luck. Alcohol is formed during the fermentation process. You could try a secondary fermentation with sugar and yeast, but I would strongly suspect the taste to go off and it might not work. You could add more alcohol to it (fortification) but that might be sort of pointless imho.

Maybe by adding sugar and yeast... it is the fermentation of the sugar that produces alcohol...
