Sometimes I have different ingredients on hand of various quantity.Don't know what to do with them.

i like www.fooddownunder.com as they have a few hundred thousand recipes. basically you can find dozens if not hundreds of ways to make just about anything. i usually just look for what i want to make then search until i find a recipe that has what ingredients i have on hand, or one that looks like its made how i want it to be.
