i used to b a lil fat wen i was younger but now im pretty thin..but my arms are still fat...itz bcuz of my arms dat i sstil look fat but im not!..itz ridiculous...is there anything dat i can do to reduce my arms?

First of keep in mind that there is no such thing as spot training. You can't lose weight in one portion of your body where you want it gone from. Your body has an order that it loses weight from. If you want your arms to not "look" fat then do some arm exercises, like bicep curls, hammers and then do some tricep exercises like kickbacks, tricep extensions. Muscle is more dense than fat so the more muscle you have in your arms it should make your arms smaller, providing, of course, that you don't keep the layer of fat on your arms.

Swimming will tone them up and make them look more shapely also makes your shoulders look good too!
