Community policing is a program, an approach to law enforcement. It started in Seattle so if you're interested, check there first. Probably the "best" program is in some small city you have never heard of where the community is cooperative and supports the police from the start.

THEY HAVE A PARENT PROJECT CORSE THAT WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE TEENS
ALSO HAVE JOCKS FOR COPS PROGRAM AND BOXING PROGRAMS AND MANY OTHERS
