You should be ok under refrigeration. I would heat it in a pot, though, on top of stove, to be sure to get all bacteria killed that may have dived into the stew.
I typically make several servings of stew, soup, and other veggie mixes and use quart to 1/2 gallon ziplock bags to freeze enough for a meal, then remove and heat up as I need it. Usually by the third day, stew or any dish gets old, so I usually make more of whatever I am cooking from scratch and freeze the rest. That gives a better choice, especially on the 3rd day, and cuts down on prep. times.

I don't know about the microwave thing.
When I keep a stew up to a week and my husbands older relatives even longer, it is kept with a tight lid on the stove and brought back to boiling every day.

Stew will stay good being reheated for about 5 days, unless you freeze some and in that case it is good for probably a month.

Yes, but only heat up what you will eat at that time. Keep the rest refrigerated. After 3 days, ptich it.

IF IT'S KEPT IN THE FREEZER IT WOULD STAY PRESERVED
MUCH LONGER AND IT CAN BE USED IN A MICROWAVE, BUT
THAT TAKES OUT THE NUTRIENTS AND FLAVOR.
I WOULD SUGGEST, FREEZE IT, THAW IT, REHEAT IT, NATURALLY.......... GOOD TASTING............
