Try shaking the keyboard upside down to take the dirt or things that is stuck inside (first unplug it). If it doesn't work, I think some of the sensors must have broke or the ic chip isn't working.

It's broken. Sometimes keyboards or even just certain keys will just give up on you. It happens.

plug in another keyboard and test the port. Plug in usb/ps2 keyboard and check if the keys work. If they do your keyboard is knackered. Get another one.
