Cold Clam Dip Recipe
Description An excellent clam dip recipe. Clams are best chopped finely in this dip recipe.
Ingredients -
- 10 oz can Clams
- 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 4 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 1 ts Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Garlic clove (pressed)
- Tabassco sauce to your liking
Directions -
1. Blend all ingredients together
2. Let set for 2 hours before serving
3. Potato chips and all party crackers are good with this dip.

one recipe
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
PLACE unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwavable plate; top with chili and Cheddar cheese.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 45 sec. to 1 min. or until Cheddar cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro.
SERVE with assorted NABISCO Crackers.
2nd recipe
1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
RITZ Toasted Chips Original
MIX all ingredients except chips; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
SERVE with the chips.
Prepare as directed, using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese.

SuperBowl Party Dip, Cheese Balls, and Spread Recipes
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese -- Softened
1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
8 ounces Processed Cheese Spread -- (Cheese Whiz)
1/4 cup green onion -- finely chopped
1 Clove garlic -- minced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon fresh parsley -- snipped
1 teaspoon paprika
6 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 cup pecans -- finely chopped
Directions:
Place cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a 2-qt microwaveable dish. Microwave on High for 30 seconds. Add cheese spread and microwave on High for 20 to 30 more seconds, or until cheeses begin to soften. Beat until smooth. Place onion, garlic and butter in small bowl. Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds, or until onion is tender. Combine with cheese mixture and worcestershire sauce, brandy, parsley, paprika and red pepper sauce.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Shape into 48 balls. Roll in pecans. Place on a large tray covered with wax paper. Cheese balls should not touch each other. Freeze until firm. Can be frozen for up to a month in advance.
To Serve: remove 12 cheese balls from container and place in circle on serving plate. Microwave on 30% power (medium-low) for 45 seconds to 2 minutes, or until defrosted but still cool. Rotate plate 1/2 turn every 30 seconds. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

I used to make this for my tailgating parties, everyone seemed to like it...there wasn't any left.
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1/2 C prepared salsa - medium
2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 C grated cheddar cheese
Mix cream cheese, salsa, cumin and chili powder. Top with grated cheddar.
Enjoy!!!

"Cheese Ball"
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; softened
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese; at room temperature
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion (scallions)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or almonds
Crackers or fresh vegetables
1) In small bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and Cheddar cheese until smooth and fluffy. Beat in parsley, green onion and Worcestershire. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
2) Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in nuts to coat. Serve immediately, or wrap and refrigerate until 2 hours before serving time; let stand at room temperature 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

This is quick and easy and great with raw vegetables.
1 reg. size bottle Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
1 8 oz. pkg. cream chees softened
2 tbsps. parsley flakes
1 hard cooked egg chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix and chill. Serve with cut up raw veggies. Yummy.

CREAM CHEESE DIP 8 oz. softened cream cheese 2 tbsp. mayonnaise (NEVER Miracle Whip or any brand salad dressing) 3 tbsp. sour cream 1 tbsp. sugar 1 dash Worcestershire sauce Beat it! Optional: Chopped up green pepper in it. It's a vegetable dip - celery and carrots. Some like to dip potato chips in it. or CREAM CHEESE DIP FOR FRESH FRUIT 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. light corn syrup 1/4 c. honey 4 - 5 tsp. sugar Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Place dip in 1/2 shell of pineapple, cut and scooped out, or fill crepes. Place shell in center of platter surrounded by chunks of fresh pineapple, fresh cherries, grapes and melons. (Also: apple chunks dipped in lemon juice, or mandarin oranges, bananas, strawberries, pears and peaches.) Provide toothpicks. Garnish with mint. or CREAM CHEESE OLIVE DIP 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. olives, chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. juice from olives 1/2 c. chopped pecans Soften cream cheese. Mix remainder of ingredients. Can do the night before. Good luck!

Cream cheese is very verstile and you can add almost anything. I would mix 1 brick of cream cheese in a food processor, add your cheddar cheese, some red pepper flakes. some fresh parsley, and add anything else, I like to make a smoked salmon dip with cream cheese, smoked salmon, dill, a squeezeo of lemon juice and serve with crackers or pita chips.
