I personally havent had any problems with IE7. You have to remember that not everyone has their sistems up to date and their computers are not in the best shape ever and that is one of the reasons it might appera buggy to them.
I encourage you to install IE7 and try it out. in reallity I dont see why you would go back to IE6 since the interface is nicer and it is more secure.
Maybe you should ask if your computer is in a stable condition to handle new software and if you answer is Yes by all means feel free to install it.

I am a beta tester for Microsoft and right now I am running IE 7RC1 for them. I love the 7RC1 and hope they continue with this version. If you download the IE7 go to www.microsoft.com site and download it there. The yahoo version is just that a yahoo version of IE7. I don't trust any version but the Microsoft version. They will also support any beta program that you are using for free even live phone help. I have not had any problems with IE7 RC1 at all. Runs smooth and very fast.

I like it.
If you use IE now, you will like the differences in IE 7. Click a link with your middle button (mouse wheel clicked in) to open a link i na new tab (not a new window). Tab thumbnails.
Its faster, lighter on the ram and processing power, and more user friendly than firefox. so download ie7. Dont froget to "Chek For Updates "from the menu. Once your up to date with the secutiyy, fiurther updates will be simple and hassle free.
(for technical argument for firefox supporters), ie7 has features firefox had 3rd party developed, and for the most part ineffecient. while it worked, it was seperate form the core of the browserr and therefoe ineffecient. Do a test of the same features of ie7, with firefox and 9 plugins. Ram, Cpu, preception times of loading and utilization of plugins.

If you do install and run IE7 make sure you create a restore point. I downloaded and installed IE7 with very ill effects as in after I opened and surfed the web after install all things worked well, but once the PC was restarted I was no longer able to surf the web and even my mail program would crash. So far I have not recieved any answer or idea as to what is wrong or how to fixx it.

Of course not! I used to download the Microsoft products when they first came out; but I learned my lesson. This is Microsoft that we are dealing with. I am a die-hard Microsoft fan but still, I would never download or purchase a Microsoft product until at least 6 months (or even a year) after the product's release date and with at least 2 service packs.

Don't touch IE7. My recomendation is FIREFOX. It is faster safer and easier to use than IE.
