I think it truly sucks when our law enforcement cannot enforce the law. How in the world did it come to this?

There must be more to the story. I would have to read the case before making a decision. If their union and lawyer couldn't give them a proper defense it sounds like they must have done something seriously out of line to get imprisonment.

I'm watching this from the UK. I was under the impression you were "the land of the free" habeas corpus, due process all that sort of stuff. I thought your legal system was held up to be one of the best in the world. Are you suggesting a couple of agents are judge, jury and executioner that represent all the 300 million citizens of the US?

Its bullshit! Clinton gets some head and gets away with it. OJ kills his wife and walks. Michael Jackson molests kids and pays everyone off.

Cops shoot under duress, with their own lives in danger, and the perp gets immunity!

WTF!

I think it sucks. Americans should be outraged. I don't care that they didn't report the gun was fired. Their job was to stop the smuggler. They did their jobs.

Shouldn't laws pertain to citizens only? Meaning, laws should be between two citizens, not one citizen and one noncitizen.
