if you peel them and store them with no shell they'll absorb your fridge smells and start to get funky faster. Leave the shell on until you're ready to eat to keep them freshest

I make deviled & pickled eggs all the time for family events. This is how I boil and peel eggs. I boil the eggs for 16 minutes w/ a lid covering them over medium/high heat. When they are done boiling, I dump out the hot water and add cold. Then I pour off the water again and add more cool. I do this about 4 or 5 times. Then I let the eggs sit in the cool water for about 5 minutes. Then pour the water off, and put a little bit of cold on the eggs again. If the shell is wet when your peeling, it will be much easier, I've found. Don't wait too much time after their done boiling to start peeling. Hope this helped!

No peel them and put them in a container of water. If you leave the shell on they smell more when you crack them open

shell on but if you take it off, sprinkle a TINY bit of very fine sugar granules on it, they work like salt does in keeping it fresh but sugar doesn't dry them out, plus, if you don't like the sugary taste, a little salt when you eat it neutralizes it
