I'll just name two of them...
Life is about experiencing moments of joy...not being happy all the time.
That when working on improving myself I have much less time and desire to judge others.

Ive learned that nothing is personal. So if someone says something nasty to me it's more about them then it ever was about me. I've learned that the opposite of love is not hate but fear. I've learned that I don't want or need to obligate people to me, it's much nicer if they make the choice daily whether or not they want to be around. I've learned that I'm not always the teacher in life, even a small child can show me a lot of truth about life. I've learned that I can love hundreds of people at the same time. I've learned how very unique each person is and that I should always see them as individuals and never lump people into groups. I've learned that if you spread love you will light up the world.

Think for yourself. You may not always be right, but you can count on the fact that others who tell you what you should do have their own agenda. It may or may not be the best thing for your own situation.
Always try to learn something new. Learn to cook a new dish, speak a new language, fly a plane, read a new author, grow a different vegetable. The brain responds like a muscle - if you use it regularly, it stays strong. Stop using it, and it will atrophy.

1. Never be judgmental about anything any person does, you are not in their position so you don't know their reason of doing things the way they do it.
2. Never compare 2 persons, each person has his/her own individuality. Don't compare yourself with anybody, you are the one who is going to suffer with such thoughts.
3. Don't marry the person you love to be with, but marry the person you can't live without.
4. Your children learn from you, watching you, listening to you, so watch your words, your actions.
5. You cannot demand respect, your deeds should make you worthy of being respected.
6. Treat others (any living thing) as you want them to treat you.
7. Tell your loved ones everyday how much you love them, there may be no tomorrow.

Don't test the water with both feet.
A closed mouth gathers no feet.
Good judgment comes from a bad experience.
There are two theories to arguing with women, neither one works
Never miss a good chance to shut up.
We are born naked, wet and hungry and get popped on the butt.
.....then things get worse.

There are two main thins that I have learned. If you aren't happy do something about it because if not you are going to live a miserable life, and humans are naturally evil.

Forgive everyone no matter what
Forgive yourself no matter what
Don't drag your feet
Follow your own heart and good judgement. It's okay to make decisions on your own
Always have yours and everyone else's best interests at heart.
Help anyone you can, whenever you can
Don't judge or talk about other people, it will only bring you down
Love you, everything else will follow

if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
if you want something, nobody's going to give it to you, you have to work for it.
nobody will ever change for you, no matter how wonderful you are to them.
i can't fix everything.
honesty really is the best policy.
my parents were actually right... about some things...
one person can't change the world, but they can make a dent.

I learned that I wasn't nearly as smart as I thought I was. I learned you can never have too many household supplies on hand, just in case. I learned finally, that most people are basically good, if you don't take them too seriously.

Be kind to all and treat everyone equally and fairly. Never give up and have no regrets, just know that if you made a mistake it is just a stepping stone for learning and gaining wisdom. Also, I learned that the key to failure is trying to please EVERYONE. Don't let people take your kindness for your weakness.
