how can i be strong with out been mean. i never yillat me bf before, when ever he get mad or if i am mad at him i end up calling him and saying sorry. but i dont want to do that anymore i need to be strong but i dont know how ???

Yelling at each other means no one is listening anyway. Sometimes saying nothing and staying away says a whole lot more, and, by the way shows a lot more strength and restraint. Plus, you will have nothing to apologize for.

I am a peacemaker too, but enough is enough. When you get enough, then just put your foot down it won't be so hard then because when you've had enough the urge to call him eases up alot and yes you think about them, but you also think about their part in the fight not just what you've said or done wrong. You start to justify what you said or did in the fight, by something they said or did in the fight. Trust me you'll know when you've had enough. Then asking someone how to put your foot down won't even cross your mind. Because you'll know how to do it then.
