read your contract. perhaps they have a statement about refunds or cancellation. The sooner the better. In the past I signed up for a gym they only offered 2 year contracts. I only went for a few months. I then wanted to get out of it but couldn't. I had to pay even though I wasn't going. Then I moved and thought I could get out of it then. Nope! so I stopped paying. Well that was a bad idea. My account got sold to collection agencies and showed up on my credit report.

*Get out of it as soon as you can. If you can't get out of it at least keep paying it. You don't want your credit ruined.
And if you can't get out of it, you better get your monies worth and go as often as you can.

_Good luck

QUICKLY check your state law through your local Better Business Bureau or State office of Business Affairs. Where I live you can retract a "purchase) within 72 hours.
