*Eat healthy.
*Get regular exercise.
*Do NOT smoke.
*Do not wear too much makeup (it only helps with aging).
*Keep your skin hydrated, drink plenty of water.
*Apply moisturizer to your skin daily.
*Avoid the sun and tanning beds.
*Sleep on your back (for approx. 8 hours, gravity will be pulling at your skin. Which direction do you want your face to be pulled?)
*Take a daily multi-vitamin supplement such as Women's One-A-Day (important)
*Have kids. Children are happiness.
*Be a happy person. Not only do you get wrinkles from frowning, anger only makes you age faster.
*If you have the time and resources, consider searching for the Fountain of Youth. If you find it, let the rest of us know ;)

Take care of yourself.
eat right, excercise, drink plenty of water, use a good moisturizer with sunblock everyday. keep stress out of your life, get restful sleep at night and stay away from cigarettes, they dry your skin out bad, drink alcohol in moderation. Wear sunglasses every time you go outside, don't squint, it causes crows feet. Don't drink from a straw, it causes wrinkles around your lips. This list could go on forever.

I am a young looking 41 year old mother of two. I only wash my face with Dove soap and I swear by estee lauder products. I am confident that the foundation alone will keep your face looking young. And honestly, I seldom wash my makeup off before i go to bed. I take a shower at night but don't wash my hair and face until the morning.

I didn't take as good of care of my body as I should have but I am trying to correct that now. I have great skin but I am a little overweight. I am walking and exercising everyday trying really hard to change that.

Avon has a product called ANEW they have one that claims that 100% of the women who use it have results and less wrinkles. I am going to give it a shot.

Good luck.

Don't smoke, drink lots of water, don't have kids, eat healthy, exercise regularly, wear a foundation or moisturizer with sunscreen everyday. Wear sunglasses outside, you don't want to squint and cause wrinkles on your forehead. Don't rub your eyes, it will stretch the delicate skin. If you do start to notice lines or crowsfeet here, use a firming lotion or gel specifically for this area. For keeping the rest of your face fresh and young looking, use a mild scrub occasionally, clay masks work great for minimizing pores, and alpha-hydroxy creams can also remove the top layer of dead skin, revealing younger-looking skin. Eventually, ten years from now, Botox will be your friend.
Diligence now WILL pay off, you'll thank yourself. Good luck!

You stay young by loving who you are and living life to the fullest. Taking good care of your health can't hurt either. A good diet, exercise and vitamins can go a long way.

Case in point, my mother is 51 and is just as young as I.

Eat a healthy balanced diet, exercise, do yoga regularly or consider some of the alternative therapies for relieving stress. Forget about the past. Don't worry about the future. Always live for the present moment.

Aging is a natural and you can't get away from it. Genetics plays a big part, but to help limit outer aging, wear sunscreen, limit drinking alcoholic beverages, don't smoke, and keep stress to a minimum. To keep stress to a minimum you may have to stop dating. LOL.
