Lets hope you heard the joke on why we need to keep Condoms in the car ;)
Well, anyways 2 ways you can go about it
1) Treat her like you sister but end up freakin out in front of oyu friend
OR
2) Discreetly sound her out if she is mutual about you; BAM, you are happier with her instead of her brother (but not necessarily your friend anymore...)
oh well, i guess it all depends on what your heart (or your little brother...) tells you....

You can take her as your sister and if you do that then you are great but there is nothing wrong in liking your friend's sister or marrying her. It is always good to know what your friend thinks because it can break your friendship. If you two like each other then tell your friend and see what he thinks.

u can consider her "sister" as in "friend of my sister". she's not related 2 u in any way, so if u like her u should make a move.

there is nothing wrong with liking your friends sister and if you want to consider her as your sister go for it its not hurting anyone

Well she "isn't" your sister!!
So I say go for it! But I would talk to your best friend first and then talk to the sister to see how she "sees' you.
