Howdy, guess u got to find a partner to help you...
Everytime you sneak a peek at food (except grub time) He (or she) will give you a hell of a frenchie... Sooner or later, you will be addicted to that instead...
(oops, kinda hungry already, time to grab a Burger...)

I know if there is something in the house to eat, I will eat it! So, I try to buy mostly healthy things, and for the rest of the family I buy stuff they like, but I don't. Of course, when the binge monster attacks, I'll eat just about anything, even the stuff I thought I wouldn't. I've read that if you can just distract yourself for 10-15 minutes, sometimes the feeling will pass. Try exercising or crafting or reading the next time an urge to binge hits. Go for a walk or a drive. Go away from the food! Do something that can occupy your thoughts enough to NOT think about the kitchen... And talk to your doc. He/she will have other ideas that have worked for others. Good luck!

If you are thin and binging, maybe you are having metabolism issues or maybe tapeworm. See a doctor stat. If this is not a physical issue then, you have an emotional issue ( pain or trauma ) that you are trying to sooth with food / comfort. Better to figure out what the trauma was and deal with the cause rather than just trying to control your response (binging).

I have the same problem. I attend online meetings at www.therecoverygroup.org. It's a support group and it helps a lot. Also check www.oa.org. Get some support from others online who are also trying to stop at therecoverygroup. You can learn why you are bingeing, and get tools to stop one day at a time.

Start only purchasing the minimal ammount of food you need to have. If the food isnt there for you to eat, then you wont eat it. Also, stock up on healthy snacks that take effort to eat, like apples, or oranges.

It sounds like you could have diabetes if your eating is that much out of control. Get your fasting blood glucose checked, and try to eat more protein, which will fill you up.

For a on an identical time as i became commencing off to do it plenty besides. on an identical time as some human beings say it rather is great, different adult males nonetheless prefer to decrease it - I did because of the fact it purely took too a number of of my time as i became constantly doing it and not getting plenty else carried out (rather in case you get porn in touch and turn it right into a intense high quality consultation). So, I had to decrease decrease back progressively. in case you prefer to decrease decrease back, attempt limiting your self to easily one time in line with day. try this for it sluggish, and then attempt another day. as quickly as I did this, it became out that it have been given much less complicated and much less complicated to make the switches - as an occasion, even at one time an afternoon i could discover myself skipping days even even with the incontrovertible fact that I "allowed" it. it style of feels like the fewer I do it, the fewer complicated it rather is to do much greater much less. purely the different is authentic besides even with the incontrovertible fact that - the greater I do it, the greater possibly it rather is that i will proceed to improve frequency... tricky to discover that even floor i think...

You need will and determination. Nobody can do it for you. If you have to eat then try lessening carbohydrates (rice, bread). Buy fruits for you to munch on, .at least they are healthy food.
