I do practise every day for about 45 minutes.
When I started it was difficult to cover 5 minutes even. When I really got into the trend extra few minutes were added every day. Now I have practised for about 2 years.
I have found that the best time is in the morning at about 3.30. After sleeping for about 5 hours I am fresh and the mind is relaxed at this time. In addition there are no distractions as the whole household is still asleep

I used to. I feel bad that I don't any more due to time issues. It was just 15 minutes a day, clearing my mind and releasing stress but now I never seem to sit down and do it. Hopefully I'll get back in the habit first thing in the morning, once my job is no longer so early.

I'd like to take up serious practice, but with my current state of affairs, it's simply not possible.
To really follow through with an intense practical regimen, you need solitude, quiet, and essentially independent means. That's why Buddhist monks go live in trappist monasteries...lol.
