Religion has the right to tell its own members who must be free to leave that religion. Government has no business in anyone's bedroom, at least not informed consenting adults behind closed doors. Those laws are generally unenforceable anyway. Except for that one case in Texas, how would they know what was happening unless maybe you were under surveillance for something else?

Legal: As long as they are mentally competent, consenting adults, no kids or animals, and noone is harmed, no.

People choose to abide by their religion's doctrines, but that should never be made into law or forced on anyone of that or any other religious belief.

Absolutely not. That is just the wedge they use to impose more and more arbitrary controls. Just look at the American Taliban = right wing Evangelicals.

Yes - for example an adult having sex with a child is illegal and must remain illegal. If acceptable limits were not placed, perversion would abound.

Nope. I don't think they have much right to interfere with personal choice in anything, unless other people are hurt by it or it restricts someone else's rights.

yes they can,and they will if they feel it interfers with the rights of others,but if it doenst bother the girl, i dont think they can or should
