dog doo on a foriegn country??

I've got three dogs. Where should I send their contribution.

Hello It's me,
I always think Dog doo is best placed in the container provided, which should be disposed of by the dog poo collector at the nearest municipal dump in the correct manner. Dropping it on other country's is unseemly and uncalled for. The owners of the creatures that provided the said poo should be paying for the service in their council tax. If the owner has no access to a poo bin they should carry a handy little plastic bag or receptacle and take the poo home with them. Always be responsible for your own dogs poo and don't drop it on others.

Personally, I think holding a large stockpile of dog doo and the means with which to drop it within arm's reach, then creating mountains of legislation to restrict the dog doo supplies of other, less desirable nations for fear of an escalation of dog doo warfare would be a far more effective use of it.

We shall call them Dougal Bugs. The dachshund will be deployed for below-radar scat attacks. The shitzu shall be specially trained to deal with enema forces behind the lines. They will beat them with the stenches, stool them from the air. And waste all war resources on pooper-scoopers for the troopers.

well let me know where you wanna drop it. I have a dog that poo's ALOT i could contribute the effort.
However I wouldn't think it to be a good idea. that would just be gross and unsanitary.
