My friend's father killed the man who killed his daughter and got away with it because they still haven't found the body. I don't know where it is, of course, this is all just what my friend told me. Do you know anyone who's gotten away with murder? Maybe through the legal concept of double jeopardy, perhaps?

I don't know for sure because obviously she wasn't convicted and she didn't confess to me. She was tried for the murder of her friend's mother but they couldn't prove that the friend didn't act alone.

Besides OJ? Yeah, there is a case in Maine where a guy has killed (allegedly) two women. Never convicted--because no body of the crime ever was found. He then moved to Texas killed a woman, and attempted another. Was finally caught, and to avoid Texas' death penalty--admits to the Maine murders to serve his sentence in Maine.
