It's selfish to ask someone to wait for you if you are not available. He has not obligation to do that, it's not a reasonable request. Maybe this is why you feel sick.
You need to move on and let him go. Maybe one day you can hook up but it's unfair of you to tie him down now given the circumstances....

do what you think is beat and Lister to your heart it will tell you what to do and if your heat tell you to go for him do it just call him and talk to him and tell him how you feel and stuff or call him and ask him to go for a walk and you guys and talk about how you guy feel and stuff
