A lot of Humane Societies offer vet services at very reasonable prices. Check around your area.

I have spent a lot of time learning as much as I can about how to take care of my dogs. That cuts down on the number of vet visits that I need to make. I research natural alternatives to the chemicals the vets use.
Vets aren't cheap, but there are a lot of things that you can take care of yourself.

call around to vets for their prices. if this is for routine care (shots) some petstores like petsmart have a a shot clinic, certian days of the week they adminster shots and vaccinations.
if you have a non-profit org in your area with a vet clinic they may offer cheaper services there.

try the humane society. I can't help but make a comment though, that if you can't afford medical care for the dog, you probably shouldn't be owning a dog. They are a huge financial committment, something many people completely overlook.

I think that you should try asking vets that are around or just search on the internet cause that's what my cousin did and it worked.

Talk to your local vets, most may work with you on low payments.
They may ask for a down payment up front.
What is wrong with pet?

If you have a animal protective league or shelter services in your area, many times they will offer services to patrons at a lower cost for those who are unable to pay. Good luck and God bless
